After popular demand (this may not be exactly true) I have decided to give an insight into my diet, what I eat, what I don't, etc. Let me know if you follow it, and what effect it has.
0830: Protein shake

1300: A couple of chicken breasts, some cottage cheese and maybe some tomatoes
