On Tuesday night I’m waiting for my delivery from Tesco and the time slot that I’ve been given is 20:00 to 22:00. So it’s now 22:15 and it’s not there yet so I call Tesco and Tesco have no idea where the delivery guy is and they can’t get hold of him, so they give me a refund for my delivery charge, which is alright I suppose.
